- In 2004 during internship he got the chance to pursue DIPLOMA IN DRUG-DEADDICTION from Navjyoti founded by DELHI POLICE FOUNDATION in association with hon’ble DR.Kiran Bedi.In 2005, He actively completed a special research in kidney stones and gall stones
- In 2008, Dr Agarwal completed FELLOWSHIP IN ORTHOPAEDIC REHABILITAION in May 2008 from APOLLO (Hyderabad).

- In 2013, he has been conferred with the NUTRIRIONAL EXPERT CERTIFICATE by Dr.Lal’S Foundation on 10th Feb.
- In 2016, his unquenchable desire to expertise himself got him M.D(Homoeo) from the reputed college of Bakson’s Homoeopathic Medical college and Hospital.
